1. What ResidencyHome is

ResidencyHome is an online venue where healthcare workers and students can post and find housing listings and message each other. ResidencyHome is not a real estate broker, agent, lender, property manager or escrow service, does not represent any party, and is not a party to any lease, sublease, sale or other agreement between members. 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18+ and sign in with an email address you control. The service is intended for people who work or train in healthcare; don't misrepresent your role. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your email secure.

2a. Verification badges

Verification is optional. A “Verified” badge means a member signed in with a qualifying school or health-system email or that we reviewed license or NPI information they provided. It is not a background check, endorsement or guarantee of any member, listing or property, and we may remove a badge at any time. Submitting false license or identity information is prohibited.

3. Listings

You must have the legal right to sell, rent or sublet what you list (including any landlord consent required for a sublet).
Listings must be accurate and must comply with fair housing laws. Do not state preferences or limitations based on protected characteristics.
You grant ResidencyHome a license to display and promote your listing content and photos on the service.

4. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, scams, fake listings, harassment, discrimination, spam, scraping, or attempts to access other accounts or bypass security, rate limits or verification checks. No requests for wire transfers, gift cards, crypto or deposits before a member has seen the property.

5. Transactions between members

Members deal directly and at their own risk. Verify identities and properties, inspect in person or by live video, use written agreements, and never send funds by wire or gift card to someone you haven't verified. For purchases, use a real estate attorney, inspection and title insurance.

6. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion, including in response to reports.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
